DJI Osmo Mobile 3 Handheld Foldable Smartphone Camera Stabilizer Launched

DJI, the maker of drones and gimbals, has launched the Osmo Mobile 3 handheld smartphone camera stabilizer. The folding device is quite compact to fit around, and equipped with a 3-axis gimbal technology. The stabilizer has gesture control and it helps videographers to take less shaky footage via smartphones and also offers less blurry images for photographers. To achieve this, the handle has integrated buttons to allow DJI users to control the gimbal.

Te DJI Osmo Mobile 3 Smartphone Camera Stabilizer is priced at $ 119 (about Rs. 8,400). There is a combo model with accessory bundle, which is priced at $ 139 (approximately Rs. 9,800). The stabilizer is already being sold on the company’s website.

To recall, DJI Osmo Mobile 2 was launched at CES last year, and its successor has now been launched. As mentioned, the Osmo Mobile 3 has a foldable design, 3-axis gimbal technology, gesture control, and handle buttons for gimbal movement control.

The DJI Osmo Mobile 3 has been redesigned to ensure that the connection ports on the mounted device are not interrupted. The stabilizer has an ‘M’ button that allows users to shoot from any angle, and double-pressing it activates a quick roll mode that helps to quickly rotate the adaptation from portrait to landscape mode without the need to remove the device from the mount. .

It supports Dolly Zoom with a customizable zoom slider, and paired with the DJI Mimo app for creative program mode. Some modes include Story Mode, Sport Mode, Time Lapse, Hyper Lapse, Motion Lapse, Panorama, Slow Motion and Active Track 3.0. The latest Active Track 3.0 mode allows users to capture fast-paced footage using its reliable built-in tracking technology.

DJI Osmo Mobile 3 measures 285x125x103mm (exposed) and 157x130x46mm (folded). It weighs 405 grams, packs a 2,450mAh battery and offers Bluetooth 5.0 connectivity.
