BrowGoogle recently introduced a new feature for mobile users to delete the last 15 minutes of their browsing history – a convenient way to quickly delete any suggested recent searches. But if 15 minutes is not enough, you can delete a lot more from a web browser. Here’s how to delete your Google search history.

To delete your Google search history, tap Settings -> Search History And select Delete For the period you have chosen.
How to delete your Google search history
If you use the Google mobile app, you may have noticed a new notification that might let you know that you can delete the last 15 minutes of search history at the touch of a finger. Touch your profile icon to open Settings.

You will now see the options Delete last 15 minutes Under you Search History. Tap this to remove all traces of sites visited during the last quarter of the hour.

You will then be returned to the homepage with a progress report at the bottom of the screen. Tap Cancel If you change your mind.

If it doesn’t cut it completely in 15 minutes, you can tap Search History to access more options. If you are using a web browser, click Settings-> Search History Get the same options from the bottom-right of the Google page.

The steps from here are the same on both devices. At the top of your recent search list, click Delete To open a menu. You can delete your search history, a custom time frame, or all of it from today

If you want to delete your history frequently, consider turning it on Delete automatically. That way, Google will automatically delete any search history older than 3, 18, or 36 months.
