Why you should sync Fitbit and Strava

Fitbit and Strava sync enable two-way sharing of your activities across two platforms. Your Strava feed displays Fitbit activity containing GPS data. Think of a tracked run, a bicycle, or a recorded walk. This means that normal activity will not be displayed in the app, which helps keep activity clutter to a minimum in Strava.

Alternatively, if you start an exercise on Strava, you’ll also find calorie and active minute data for that exercise in the Fitbit app.
