Tata Neu – the company’s unified platform to embrace the likes of Amazon, Google, and Reliance – launched in India on Thursday. Designed as a ‘super app’ for users, the service offers a wide range of functions ranging from ordering groceries and essentials to electronics shopping and flight booking. It will also showcase offers from various Tata enterprises. The app allows users to collect reward points in the form of NeuCoins, which according to the company are earned through purchases.
With the advent of the new Tata Neu platform, the company will be able to compete with the services offered by companies like Paytm and MobiKwik and also benefit from its various offline retail channels – allowing customers to spend their NeuCoins online and in-store.

Tata Neu availability
Tata Neu is currently available for download on Android and iOS smartphones via Google Play Store and Apple’s App Store. A mobile number is required to sign up for the platform After installing and registering the app, you will be asked to give the app access to your location, which is probably used when paying for UPI in the service. You can use screen lock on your phone to protect the app from unauthorized use by scanning your fingerprint or entering your PIN or password when launching the app.
Tata NeuPass rewards and benefits
According to the details shared in the app, you can also sign up for a NeuPass, a membership service that will give Tata Neu access to 5 percent or more of the additional NeuCoins and other benefits of the Tata brand. A NeuCoin is earned when a customer makes a purchase in the app and can be redeemed for future purchases.
A NeuCoin costs টাকা 1, and is valid for one year – now there is no limit to how many NeuCoins you can earn or use. According to the company, Tata Pay can be used to pay at the store by selecting or informing the cashier during online checkout.

The main screen of the app has a carousel showing a list of offers and discounts across various Tata entities including AirAsia India, BigBasket, Chroma, Tata Click and Westside.
Users can quickly sign up to make payments through the Unified Payment Interface (UPI) Send money Button already in partnership with Bharat Bilpe Tata Neu lets you pay your broadband, electricity, piped gas, landline, mobile postpaid and water bills, while recharging your DTH and prepaid mobile numbers is also supported.
